Panganiban inspired youth delegates during her session titled “Empowering the Future: The Role of Today’s Youth,” held as part of the Leadership Training of the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Angadanan, where she highlighted the power of youth participation, responsible governance, and proactive leadership in building a stronger local government and nation.
